Heapline About Something Witty Of Course
Show + Tell is a place for constructive, thoughtful conversation.
This is a critique session, so participants are expected to be respectful, engaged, and supportive. The premise is simple: show your work, get feedback, give feedback, eat snacks, and drink booze. Not rocket science, just a good time. Intrigued? Read on.
Who is this for?
For now, this is a group for graphic designers. (We have plans of expanding to include other creative disciplines in the future.) Each session will accommodate 12 total attendees, 6 of whom will present a project of their choice, either personal or professional. When you register for a session, you'll be asked whether you'd like to present or simply attend.
When does it take place?
We're starting slowly and aiming for one session per quarter, but we're not opposed to increasing frequency to meet demand. Always held on a Wednesday at 6:30pm, each presenter gets 15 minutes to present and receive feedback on their work.
Registration will open one week in advance of the session, and attendance is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Sign up for email notifications to be sure you don't miss any announcements!
Where do I show up?
To begin, we'll be holding sessions at the Noise 13 office to establish a consistent home base. In the future, however, we'd love to rotate locations and hold sessions at different design studios around San Francisco. Interesting in hosting one? Please get in touch!
